Dr Steven Vaughan
Managing Director Steven has 25 years experience in boutiques, fund management, investment strategy and fund structuring. He has conducted investment manager research and selection in Australia, United States, Japan and UK/Europe, with Vaughan Associates, Towers Perrin, Commonwealth Bank/State Bank Victoria Investment Management and National Mutual Funds Management.

Steven is recognised as an innovator in the boutique investment manager industry, publicly identifying the growth of the boutique fund manager industry in Australia early in its development. He has worked in conjunction with US consultant Callan Associates advising large funds in Australia and, in his own capacity, several large funds in the Asia-Pacific region. Steven holds a doctoral degree in economics and international finance from The Johns Hopkins University (USA), and has qualified as an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Greg Collie
Portfolio Manager Greg has 10 years experience in investments, and specialises in blending fund managers and investment strategies. He has undertaken extensive analysis of the boutique manager sector with Vaughan Associates, and worked in investment systems development and operations with a Hong Kong private investment group. Greg has also worked as a senior supply chain analyst with a top 100 Australian company. Greg has a BSc (Hons) in Physics from University of Melbourne, a GradDipCompSci (1999), and has completed several stages of a PhD in Information Systems researching Artificial Trading Agents at Monash University, Australia.
